How the Other Half Live
It’s always nice to try different things out, and it’s funny where opportunities come from. Last weekend, I was invited to a Lexus customer event - you had to be invited by a Lexus customer to be able to attend.
Well, talk about seeing how the other half live - very nice indeed. I didn’t bring my SLR, but wished I had!
The lighting was a little harsh for taking photos on “Auto” mode, but you still get the idea. Time and again I remind myself to always bring my SLR, even if I don’t think I’ll use it - you never, never know.
There was no test driving happening, but you could get up close and personal with the new RX SUV model that Lexus is releasing. I’ve already picked out the model I want, the extras, and the colour 
The hybrids are coming to Australia later in the year, so I’m going to wait and test drive both the petrol and hybrid models - to see the difference.
Photography can be a little bit conspicuous, but I long ago stopped caring what people thought. So, my advice, go into the luxury car dealership of your choice (I would highly recommend Lexus, based on what I’ve heard about the cars and the service), take a few photos of your favourite model, and see if you can convince someone to take a photo of you in the car.
It will make you feel good!
